Chevrolet Programs

Chevrolet Youth Baseball Case Study

To combat poor consumer sentiment following the U.S. government’s auto bailout, Headway connected 1,300 automotive dealerships with youth baseball leagues in 90 markets.  Since the program debuted in 2006, Chevy donated more than $20 million to leagues impacting 2.8 million kids.  Oh, and they’re selling more cars.

Chevrolet Youth Soccer

Modeled after the wildly successful youth baseball program, Chevy Youth Soccer linked more than 650 automotive dealerships with youth soccer leagues in 50 markets offering equipment and fundraising resources and facilitating free instructional clinics led by professional soccer organizations.

Chevrolet Youth Hockey

Chevy Youth Hockey continues to grow after starting with just a one-market program in 2011. Today, nearly 70 Chevrolet dealers participate in the Headway-facilitated program, which includes equipment donations, sweepstakes opportunities and free instructional clinics.

Chevrolet Diamonds & Dreams

To augment their MLB All Star Game national sponsorship by targeting families, Headway helped more than 3,100 Chevrolet dealerships drive sweepstakes entries for youth baseball parents.  Winners received new family cars, and their leagues received field renovations and equipment

Chevrolet Drive for Perfection

Since 2006, Chevrolet has encouraged perfect attendance among high school seniors with its Chevy Drive for Perfection Program.  Pairing with more than 200 dealerships, Headway facilitated 35 vehicle giveaways to qualifying seniors producing nearly 8,000 test drives.

Drive for Education

Headway connected with more than 3,100 dealers across the country offering a $50 donation per school for each test drive.

Chevrolet College Field Day

Headway helped Chevrolet dealerships introduce new cars to local families and millennials by facilitating college campus field day events packed with games, competition and product engagement.

Chevrolet College Alumni Program

Headway connected Chevy dealerships with college alumni associations by driving association fundraising and generating Chevy brand exposure through vehicle displays at high profile events.

National Wild Turkey Federation

To reach an affinity group of truck consumers, Headway connected more than 700 Chevy dealerships with NWTF chapters nationwide.  Reaching more than 80,000 members annually, this partnership has generated 65,000 sales leads for Chevy since 2010.

Cell Phones for Soldiers

In 2010, GM Corporate hired Headway to raise $1 million for the “Cell Phones for Soldiers” program, which helps U.S. troops call home via pre-paid phone calling cards. Dealerships served as cell phone donation sites and partnered with local radio stations to offer exclusive concerts to schools collecting the most phones.  In 2011, 73 dealerships and 123 schools collected nearly 6,000 phones.

Facilitating a partnership between Miami Cadillac dealers and the University of Miami Alumni Association, Headway helped drive alumni fundraising and nearly 40 test drives.
